Prior to forming All Inclusive Management, David Puskaric considered a position as a partner with The Apogee Companies based out of Boyton Beach, Florida, where he would act as Vice President of Association Management. Previous to working with Apogee Mr. Puskaric held the position of Regional General Manager with Bay Investment Management, where he supervised and managed seven condominium conversion properties, consisting of over 2,200 units located throughout Florida and Maryland. Before that, Mr. Puskaric—who was originally hired as an Assistant Manager, quickly promoted to Property Manager, and then to Regional Manager—was employed by Atlantic & Pacific Management (APM). While with APM, he was intensely involved in assisting developers and owners in successfully converting rental communities into “for sale” condominiums, thus contributing to the “rewriting” of conventional property management operating procedures when related to condominium conversions. Mr. Puskaric’s knack for multi-tasking helped to define and perfect the management of converting communities, from initial acquisition through the turnover to association members.During his three years with APM, Mr. Puskaric was awarded Property Manager of the Year in 2004 for his efforts in leading an aggressive and successful leasing program at The Enclave at Naples located in Florida. He effectively managed and maintained the highest occupancy level for this site, which resulted in the first positive earnings since taking ownership. In 2005, Mr. Puskaric’s dedication and hard work earned him the honor of being awarded Employee of the Year. While serving as Regional Manager, he was directly responsible for overseeing and transitioning condo conversions for approximately 4,000 units throughout Florida and Maryland and for supervising over 100 on-site employees at twelve properties in multiple states.
Before joining APM, Mr. Puskaric was an Assistant General Manager with Glacid Properties. While there, he managed and assisted with the sale and acquisition of Berkshire Reserve Town Homes located in Naples, FL. Mr. Puskaric started his career with Sizeler Realty as a Leasing Consultant. He moved to Florida from Pittsburgh, PA, where he provided general maintenance services for Allegheny County, working at the downtown county and city government buildings.
Deciding that the time was right to create an unsurpassed “full service” property management company, David Puskaric passed on several opportunities to head up operations for other well known and respected organizations and moved forward to start All Inclusive Management based in Naples, FL.
David Puskaric is an accredited Property Manager and a Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM). He holds several Continued Education Certificates and is well versed in matters such as Fair Housing andLandlord Tenant Laws.
